Pyrok Acoustement 40 is a Portland cement based 41 pcf density spray applied acoustical plaster. It is used over concrete substrates such as poured in place concrete, metal deck, block walls, etc. It provides a very hard and durable finish in areas where a Portland cement based product would be appropriate. Natatoriums, gymnasiums, outside sound walls, high humidity conditions etc. It can be either finished with a spray textured finish or a semi-smooth trowel finish.
